Material handlers with shipping and receiving skills can build warehouse expertise in Victoria, working Monday to Friday for 40 hours weekly.
EB Horsman & Son seeks a Material Handler for its Victoria branch. This full-time position supports shipping, receiving, inventory management, and customer service. You will operate warehouse equipment, use software, and maintain accurate, organized stock areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate pick tickets and assemble orders
Pack, weigh, label, and ship materials
Unload, inspect, and verify incoming stock
Conduct cycle counts and rotate FIFO inventory
Support sales staff and customers with stock inquiries
Requirements:
Computer literacy and ability to learn software
Basic mathematical skills for simple mental calculations
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to stand or move six-plus hours daily
High school completion; warehouse experience is an asset
