Residential Operations Resident Manager

Support residential communities with leasing, rent collection, and resident service as a full-time Resident Manager in Winnipeg. Rotating schedules, weekends, and on-call availability apply.
Skyline’s Residential Operations team is seeking a Resident Manager to help create positive living experiences for residents. This role combines responsive customer service with administrative accuracy, property inspections, and common-area upkeep. You will also support compliance, contractors, maintenance, cleaning, and resident engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support leasing inquiries, suite showings, reference checks, and rental closings
Deposit rent and review rent rolls and receivables
Deliver notices and maintain fire logbooks
Support cleaning, groundskeeping, snow removal, and minor repairs
Plan resident engagement initiatives and escalate property issues
Requirements:
Professional customer service and resident communication skills
Ability to manage priorities with organization and attention to detail
Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC knowledge is an asset
Independent judgment and teamwork during emergency or on-call situations
Property management systems experience such as Yardi is an asset
Bring leasing, rent administration, maintenance awareness, and resident-focused service to Skyline’s Winnipeg residential communities.
