As a Team Leader, you support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations. The position covers associate guidance, merchandising, customer service, cash management, and manager-on-duty responsibilities. It also supports inventory, training, hiring, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise store associates with guidance and support
Manage merchandising, shelf stocking, and daily shipments
Maintain customer service, safety, and cleanliness standards
Complete manager-on-duty, cash, opening, and closing duties
Address complaints and participate in inventory and training
Requirements:

Minimum one year of retail experience
One to two years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Open availability for days, evenings, and weekends
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Apply retail leadership, communication, and operational judgment while supporting associates, customers, and store management daily.
