As Department Sales Manager for Hockey, you will manage and inspire a high-performing team at Team Town Sports. Your focus includes exceptional customer experiences, sales and profitability goals, and a world-class retail environment. You will apply preparation, consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement through the Game Ready Program.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead associates toward exceptional hockey customer experiences
Maintain stocked, priced, and standards-compliant merchandise displays
Coach, develop, and mentor department team members
Manage operations to maximize productivity and profitability
Oversee replenishment, stock accuracy, and safety compliance
Requirements:
Three to four years of retail management experience
Proven leadership focused on coaching and team development
Strong customer service and communication skills
Creative abilities applied to visual merchandising
In-depth performance apparel, footwear, and fanwear knowledge
Bring hockey product knowledge, retail leadership, and customer service focus to Team Town Sports’ sales management team.
