As Department Sales Manager, you will serve as a customer experience ambassador and brand representative. You will manage daily department plans, communicate expectations, and create development plans for full-time staff. Your leadership will support coaching, performance improvement, and a positive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily hardgoods game and sales plans
Coach staff through continual guidance and support
Keep open communication with department employees
Provide mentorship to strengthen customer experience delivery
Develop a positive environment for department staff
Requirements:
Proven retail management experience
Minimum two years in a retail environment
Supervisory-level experience preferred
Track record of business growth and service
Passion for sports and an active lifestyle
