The Draftsperson role at PERI involves two years of AutoCAD experience and a diploma in Civil Engineering Technician or Technology. You'll adapt customer drawings, produce detailed assembly and fabrication plans, and ensure compliance with building codes. Your contributions are crucial in developing construction solutions that align with project specifications and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adapt and refine customer-supplied drawings for internal use
• Prepare 3D models using AutoCAD and PERI tools
• Redraw structural elements to project specifications
• Produce general arrangement and steel fabrication drawings
• Collaborate with Engineers on formwork and scaffolding designs
Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technician or Technology program
• Minimum 2 years of AutoCAD experience
• Drafting experience in formwork or scaffolding preferred
• Familiarity with structural and architectural drawings
• Bilingual English/French is an asset
