Senior Parking Operations Manager

Lead safe, efficient parking operations in Winnipeg through staff supervision, revenue control, safety oversight, and strong client service. This management role supports daily facility performance.
The Senior Parking Manager assists the Operations Manager across parking facility operations. Responsibilities include staff leadership, hiring support, scheduling, training, client relations, maintenance oversight, revenue controls, and operating reports. The position also addresses guest concerns and safety incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff through delegation, coaching, development, and performance monitoring
Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training new employees
Maintain client relationships and respond to property manager requests
Monitor facility maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and project completion
Oversee ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits
Requirements:
Minimum two years’ leadership experience in parking management
Strong customer service and client satisfaction focus
Proficiency in location, profit and loss analysis
Experience with revenue generation and direct marketing
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
