As an Associate, Sales and Customer Service, you will advise customers about insurance products and solutions. You will analyze needs, answer questions, and help French- and English-speaking clients make informed choices. Mentorship and training support your insurance career.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise customers about insurance coverage for valuable assets
Answer product questions and support informed choices
Analyze needs and promote insurance products and services
Help customers select home and auto insurance solutions
Support new initiatives and their implementation
Requirements:

At least one year of similar experience
French and English service ability required
Excellent communication, listening, and empathy skills
Strong computer skills across multiple systems
Willingness to complete the provincial insurance licensing exam
Bring customer advising, insurance sales, and bilingual communication skills to Intact’s growing Montreal or Sherbrooke team.
