You'll investigate claims of all complexities, confirming policy coverage, and maintaining detailed records. By collaborating with customers and preferred vendors, you'll ensure swift and efficient resolutions to claims.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage property claims from intake to resolution
• Investigate moderate and complex first-party claims
• Confirm policy coverage and maintain detailed file records
• Process payments after verifying claimants’ entitlements
• Initiate salvage and subrogation procedures on assigned files
Requirements:
• University degree, 2-year diploma, or CIP designation
• 3 to 5 years handling personal and commercial claims
• Knowledge of Definity policy wordings is a plus
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
