Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Construction Activities: Oversee and coordinate daily construction operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications.
- Safety Management: Implement and maintain strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of all crew members.
- Plan Interpretation: Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to direct the correct installation of pipelines and other infrastructure.
- Crew Leadership: Direct and motivate crew members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure that all installations and maintenance meet the required standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
