Retail Operations Assistant Manager

Drive retail operations for TJX Canada at WINNERS Vancouver through merchandising, scheduling, loss prevention, and strong follow-through. This position supports key store initiatives.
The Assistant Store Manager oversees operational priorities across the store while supporting sales, expenses, and customer service targets. Responsibilities include managing frontline, cash office, backroom, markdowns, shipping, receiving, and store efficiency. You will communicate projects, provide feedback, and contribute to succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement strategies for sales, expense, and service targets
Oversee markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving
Improve store layout and operational efficiency
Communicate projects, targets, initiatives, and store changes
Provide input on succession planning
Requirements:
Minimum two years of retail leadership experience
Assistant or Store Manager experience
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Effective feedback and mentorship skills
Knowledge of store operations and health and safety
Use your operational leadership, merchandising knowledge, and organizational skills to support performance at TJX Canada’s WINNERS store.
