Fox Group’s Mango team needs an Assistant Store Manager with prior sales management experience and a strong record of selling goals. This leadership position centers on analyzing business trends, reacting to changing priorities, and developing associates for success. You will also support staffing, training, team communication, merchandise flow, visual standards, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze selling reports and identify business trends
Create action plans responding to business needs
Coach sales-floor and back-room associate behaviors
Set expectations and ensure accountability across the team
Manage expenses, merchandise flow, procedures, and safety
Requirements:
Three years of specialty, luxury goods, or comparable retail experience
Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics
Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple tasks
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to assess, train, develop, and retain talent
Use sales analysis, coaching, accountability, and people development to support Mango’s Assistant Store Manager position.
