Sephora Store Operations Lead

Lead store operations at Sephora’s Oakridge Park location in Vancouver, applying strong inventory management and operational excellence skills full time.
As Operations Lead, you will oversee store processes, inventory, merchandising, supplies, and operational team performance. You will regularly act as Manager on Duty while supporting Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor. The position requires one to three years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience, plus proven influence, feedback, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead store operations according to Sephora company standards
Manage shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting
Maintain merchandising concepts and on-stage visuals
Manage supplies, testers, and samples within budget
Act as Manager on Duty and support clients
Requirements:
One to three years’ similar-role experience
Experience in a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience
Ability to influence peers and provide feedback
Strong store operations skills
Effective time management and problem-solving skills
Bring operational excellence, inventory expertise, and team feedback skills to Sephora’s full-time Vancouver store leadership team.
