The Special Builds and Rework Coordinator supports a flexible department handling multiple deadlines. This position prints build templates, verifies products, and monitors project progress. Success requires multitasking, timeline awareness, and communication with teams, supervisors, and temporary employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Print build templates for inventory product pulls
Inspect pulled products for accuracy and damage
Verify UPCs and quantities against build documentation
Print project stickers and required labels
Monitor progress and adjust workflow to meet timelines
Requirements:
Basic Microsoft Excel data entry skills
Strong communication and attention to detail
Ability to multitask across changing priorities
Ability to manage a large team
Ability to lift 25 pounds
