Repossession Operations Administrator

Support repossession operations at Northlake Financial’s Barrie office through organized file management, auction coordination, and customer communication.
This Recovery Administrator position manages vehicle repossessions and helps customers redeem their vehicles. You will coordinate with bailiffs and auctions while maintaining spreadsheets, trackers, and recovery records. The work also supports billing, accounting, RSLA documentation, collections, and the Manager of Recovery and Remarketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate bailiffs and troubleshoot assigned file issues
Ensure auction repossession files close properly
Assist customers with vehicle redemption questions
Develop solutions for tracking data formats
Support billing, accounting, and RSLA documentation
Requirements:
Vehicle repossession or recovery experience
Administrative coordination and record-keeping proficiency
Problem-solving ability in recovery processes
Business, logistics, or related post-secondary education preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills
