Overnight Pharmacy Operations Lead

Guide overnight pharmacy operations at 100 East Beaver Creek Road with quality monitoring, team support, and continuous improvement responsibilities.
This Technical Lead role supports daily production workflows at Shoppers Drug Mart and acts as a liaison among frontline staff, leadership, and vendors. You will identify process enhancements, review OEE and machine performance, support quality initiatives, and help maintain operational continuity. The regular overnight schedule runs Sunday through Thursday from 10pm to 6am.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead frontline support for workflow and task concerns
Conduct quality checks and implement quality initiatives
Analyze performance data and identify process losses
Implement process enhancements supporting service excellence
Monitor automation impacts and pursue sustainable resolutions
Requirements:
Proven leadership and team collaboration skills
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Creative problem-solving and sound decision-making capabilities
Excellent organization and time management under pressure
Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays
