HVAC Service Dispatch Coordinator

Coordinate commercial HVAC service dispatch for HTS Engineering Ltd. using strong computer, communication, and problem-solving skills.
As a Service Coordinator, you will dispatch technicians, work orders, trips, and incoming service requests. The contract role requires at least one year of dispatch experience, customer service commitment, and confident use of computer systems. You will support technicians with parts, purchase orders, job information, site contacts, and reports while managing multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch technicians through HTS software and web-based programs
Dispatch daily work orders and follow up missing information
Attach documents to technician trips and service requests
Coordinate parts, locations, orders, and estimated arrival information
Maintain dispatch dashboards and enter technician time entries
Requirements:
Minimum one year of dispatch experience
Strong computer skills for daily coordination
High commitment to customer service
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
Support HTS Engineering’s commercial HVAC service operations through technician dispatch, parts coordination, and responsive customer service.
