As a Senior Parking Manager within the Operations department, you will be responsible for all parking facility operations and staff management. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager on hiring, scheduling, and training while maintaining excellent client relationships. Your leadership will guarantee revenue control, safety, and compliance with our service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor location staff for optimal performance
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
• Serve as point of contact for client relations and meetings
• Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness standards
• Manage ticket inventory and cash flow to prevent losses
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role in parking management
• Strong customer service and satisfaction skills
• Proficiency in profit and loss analysis
• Experience in revenue generation and marketing
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
