Article is seeking a part-time Home Expert in Vancouver to guide furniture shoppers, support online orders, and deliver memorable showroom experiences.
As the face of Article, you will help customers create beautiful spaces while staying informed about products, tools, and policies. You will use internal systems, support returns, manage logistics, and contribute to sales and KPI performance. This permanent position requires at least 24 hours weekly, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and create comfortable showroom experiences
Guide furniture selections and support online ordering
Maintain organized, beautiful showroom presentation
Manage orders, returns, and logistics through internal systems
Participate in coaching and support weekend peak periods
Requirements:

Retail experience in considered-purchase environments
Passion for helping people and solving problems
Ability to build genuine, long-term customer relationships
Availability for at least 24 hours weekly, including weekends
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
Bring furniture knowledge, sales ability, and customer care to Article’s Vancouver showroom as a Home Expert.
