As a Sales Advisor, you will guide customers through the vehicle shopping and purchase process while delivering a professional, helpful, and customer-focused experience. The ideal candidate is confident, eager to learn, and ready to generate results in a busy dealership environment.
Responsibilities
Develop an in-depth understanding of our new and pre-owned vehicle inventory
Help customers compare vehicles, features, trims, and available options
Listen to customer needs and recommend vehicles that align with their lifestyle, budget, and preferences
Deliver a high-quality customer experience from initial greeting through vehicle delivery
Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers
Assist with showroom, sales lot, and promotional vehicle displays
Work with the Finance Manager to support a smooth purchase process
Collaborate with Sales Management to present attractive options on new and used vehicles
Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first approach
Requirements
Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Positive, professional, and motivated attitude
Ability to learn vehicle features, inventory, and product information quickly
Comfortable working with customers in a fast-paced dealership environment
Automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required for the right candidate
Valid driver’s licence
