Newspaper Distribution Services Coordinator

Support Postmedia’s newspaper distribution network in Saskatoon through service coordination, contractor communication, and organized daily operations. The role is full-time and permanent.
As Coordinator, Distribution Services, you will supervise Provincial newspaper, Flyer, and Parcel delivery activities. You will communicate with employees and independent contractors, address service issues, and help maintain acceptable delivery standards. Strong organization, customer service, and written and verbal communication skills support the work.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise newspaper, Flyer, and Parcel distribution
Organize daily distribution and service activities
Address delivery and service problems
Support a network of contract drivers
Maintain service levels through independent distributors
Requirements:

Two years of relevant work experience
Experience with independent contract distributors is an asset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license and reliable vehicle
