The Beauty Advisor develops lasting relationships with customers while acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones. This role combines personalized service, product knowledge, sales and service targets, and regular communication. You will connect clients with events, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, and beauty offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers and develop existing clients
Communicate with personal clients about events and merchandise
Follow up on sales, birthdays, and customer requests
Identify marketing opportunities and execute brand events
Recommend assortments and communicate suggestions to management
Requirements:

Minimum two years commission-based sales experience
High school diploma
Ability to exceed sales targets
Collaborative approach in a team-oriented environment
Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required
