As a Flooring Sales Associate, you provide fast, friendly service by assessing customer needs and recommending suitable products. You explain product features, related items, and complete-project options. The position requires customer focus, effective communication, and a willingness to build knowledge across flooring and adjacent departments.
Responsabilités clés:

Greet, engage, and thank customers using Home Depot’s GET Model
Assess projects through open-ended questions about needs and expertise
Recommend products, related items, services, and project options
Maintain signed, displayed, and clean merchandise daily
Follow safety and Loss Prevention policies and procedures
Exigences:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Effective communication and customer focus
Interpersonal skills for customer assistance
Retail or Trade experience of one to two years is an asset
Availability for evenings and weekends may be required
Use customer service, flooring knowledge, and project guidance to help shoppers find appropriate solutions at The Home Depot.
