The Salvation Army seeks an associate supporting ongoing retail operations and service to customers and donors. Duties include transactions, pricing, merchandising, inventory, and safe handling of donations. The role reports directly to the Store Manager and has no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and donors with positive, courteous service
Complete cash and debit transactions accurately
Sort, price, hang, and store donated goods
Replenish sales-floor inventory and support merchandise displays
Maintain opening, closing, security, and store procedures
Requirements:

Support for The Salvation Army mission and purpose
Compliance with OH&S requirements and safety policies
Ability to stand, bend, crouch, twist, and reach frequently
Ability to lift or move 30 pounds
Willingness to wear gloves with unknown contents
Bring customer service, retail operations, donation processing, and safety awareness to The Salvation Army Thrift Store.
