Oversee mountain dining operations at Vail Resorts’ Steeps restaurant through team direction, safety leadership, and service standards. Full-time seasonal hours are available.
As Steeps Supervisor, you will support the management team at Whistler Mountain’s Roundhouse Lodge. The 125-seat full-service restaurant serves guests seeking an elevated dining experience during lunch service. You will help lead up to 50 employees, report to the Steeps Manager, and maintain a safe, fair, and harmonious workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

Support management in leading restaurant operations
Reinforce a safe work environment
Direct employees in assigned restaurant outlets
Foster fair and harmonious employee engagement
Maintain cleanliness in restaurant and preparation areas
Requirements:

Previous experience supervising restaurant employees
Experience working in fine dining
Professional, responsible problem-solving approach
Reliable attendance, uniform, and grooming-policy adherence
