Amazon First Aid Safety Representative

Lead onsite first aid and safety support at Amazon’s Hamilton facility, working flexible shifts with Associates, leadership, and WHS teams.
The Onsite Medical Representative helps maintain safe operations through care delivery, proactive engagement, and emergency response. You will greet new hires, participate in safety meetings, and coach operations-floor work habits. The position also supports workers’ compensation, return to work, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet new hires and interact with Associates daily
Attend safety committee and case management review meetings
Coach operations-floor teams about at-risk work habits
Coordinate workers’ compensation and return to work activities
Work flexible days, nights, holidays, and weekends
Requirements:
High school or equivalent diploma
First aid, CPR, and AED certification or timely completion
Ontario WSIB-approved standard first aid certification
PCP, RPN, or RN credential from an accepted authority
Ability to lift 49 pounds and stand or walk twelve hours
Support Amazon’s Hamilton workforce with first aid, safety coaching, emergency response, and accurate workplace health records.
