Fashion Store Supervisor Psycho Bunny

Lead premium fashion retail execution as Psycho Bunny’s Key Holder in Ste-Foy, onsite, with a focus on service, merchandise, and team development.
This Key Holder reports to the Store Manager and helps maintain a profitable location while delivering consistently high customer experiences. Responsibilities span Team Member development, merchandise processing, inventory control, scheduling, and visual presentation. Strong product knowledge helps communicate Psycho Bunny’s standards and offerings to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Team Member recruitment, training, and development
Process incoming and outgoing merchandise transfers
Oversee physical inventory and shrink objectives
Schedule service coverage while controlling payroll
Execute visual directives across the store
Requirements:

Minimum one year managing in retail
Strong communication and customer-focused selling skills
Ability to work flexible nights, weekends, and holidays
Combine fashion retail supervision, team development, and merchandise control in Psycho Bunny’s onsite Ste-Foy Key Holder role.
