Key Responsibilities:

Support labor and operating expense targets
Create weekly store schedules for retail coverage

Requirements:

Five or more years of relevant experience
Experience with inventory and POS systems
Ability to identify and resolve operational problems
Effective communication with leadership, associates, and consumers
Ability to move items weighing up to 40 pounds
Use retail operations, scheduling, inventory control, and coaching skills to support consistent store performance and consumer service.
