The Senior Project Engineer at Pride in Personnel leads development and implementation of capital projects in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting in Canada. You will select equipment, prepare RFPs, and develop the validation master plan, while mentoring maintenance supervisors and fellow engineers.
You will collaborate with R&D and process groups to ensure cGMP compliance, oversee vendor testing, and drive project schedules with a focus on safety and quality across all plants.
