Courier Operations Team Lead

Lead FedEx courier operations through strong communication, conflict resolution, and daily sort coordination. This part-time position includes weekend and weekday availability.
The Courier Team Lead assists management with daily sort, delivery, pickup, and remote domicile or feeder operations where applicable. You will lead assigned sectors, model best practices, and mentor hourly employees through coaching and training. The work requires prioritization, delegation, and customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist management with daily sort activities
Oversee delivery and pickup operations
Lead assigned sectors using best practices methods
Mentor hourly employees through role model behaviour
Coach employees on communication and conflict resolution
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
One year of current Courier experience
Valid driver's licence and good driving record
Ability to complete required training and recurrency
Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver 150-pound packages
