Christmas Kettle Campaign Coordinator

Coordinate Christmas Kettle operations across Salvation Army sites, supervising workers and securing donations throughout a temporary campaign. Local travel is required.
The Salvation Army seeks a Christmas Kettle Coordinator for a short-term contract overseeing locations in malls, grocery stores, and retail outlets. You will organize schedules, support staff and volunteers, and maintain coverage across assigned sites. The work requires customer service, money handling, office administration, Microsoft Word, and Excel experience. Some high school coursework is required, while high school completion is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, support, and assign Christmas Kettle workers
Coordinate schedules and respond to emergency absences
Deliver and retrieve kettles while securing donations
Visit locations during shift changes and intermittently
Record statistics and submit weekly time sheets
Requirements:
Minimum one year of related or customer service experience
Experience in office administration
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Money handling experience is an asset
Valid Ontario Class G driver's license
Bring coordination, customer service, scheduling, and donation security skills to The Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign.
