Banking Customer Experience Associate

Deliver accurate banking transactions and thoughtful advice as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust in L’Assomption, Quebec. Support customers through personalized service.
In Personal and Commercial Banking, you will understand customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, and create positive branch experiences. The role includes deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, customer concerns, confidential matters, and business processes. You will also support team effectiveness and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
Promote banking solutions and complete business processes
Advise customers clearly on banking processes
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet knowledge
Calm, courteous, effective verbal and written communication
Build trusted customer relationships through accurate transactions, banking advice, and excellent service at TD Canada Trust.
