Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist

Handle monthly billing and customer account processes for Hardline Engineering, using accounting databases, Excel, and Microsoft programs. Review invoices for accuracy.
This Accounts Receivable Administrator position focuses on recurring billings, proforma invoices, customer invoices, and statements. You will review monthly accounts receivable ledgers while collections and payments are processed. You will also distribute documents to project managers for approval and respond to invoice or contract inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:

Run monthly billings and proforma invoices
Review billing completeness and accuracy
Distribute billings to project managers for approval
Distribute monthly customer invoices and statements
Support invoice and contract inquiries
Requirements:

Working knowledge of accounting databases
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft programs
Experience in accounts receivable or customer service
Ability to identify problems and assist with logical solutions
Use billing accuracy, accounting database knowledge, and customer support skills to administer Hardline Engineering’s monthly receivables.
