Hydraulic Systems Service Technician

Repair hydraulic systems and fluid power equipment as a Service Technician, using mechanical skills and hydraulic schematic reading. Work occurs under direct supervision.
Motion Industries seeks a Service Technician to repair, service, and build standard and custom hydraulic, fluid power, electrical, and mechanical systems. The position includes diagnosing components, preparing repair documentation, fabricating parts, and testing equipment. Technicians also communicate technical information to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Disassemble, clean, and inspect components for repair
Diagnose systems and recommend customer solutions
Prepare job forms listing required parts and work
Design, fabricate, machine, and weld components
Repair, assemble, test, and prepare equipment
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED typically required
Ability to read hydraulic schematics
Basic mechanical knowledge
Ability to operate shop equipment safely
Valid driver's license and strong communication skills
Apply hydraulic, mechanical, fabrication, and diagnostic skills while servicing customer equipment for Motion Industries.
