ECE Before After School Lead Educator

Lead Beyond the Bell at White Rock Christian Academy with communication and teamwork skills in a full-time continuing position.
As an ECE Program Lead Educator, you will help launch WRCA’s Before and After School Program. You will work directly with Kindergarten through Grade 5 students while supporting the ECE Program Coordinator. The position provides additional leadership and organizational support across daily programming.
Key Responsibilities:
Support delegated operational responsibilities within Beyond the Bell
Assist with delegated programming responsibilities and daily consistency
Work directly with Kindergarten through Grade 5 children
Provide resources and support to other educators
Take responsibility for designated activities or program areas
Requirements:
Experience working with school-age children is an asset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Warm, patient, and relational approach with children
Ability to work independently and contribute positively
Commitment to WRCA’s Christ-centred educational environment
Support children, educators, and daily programming as an ECE Lead Educator launching Beyond the Bell at WRCA.
