Lead production operations at Piramal Pharma Solutions as a Production Shift Manager for the afternoon/evening shift. Oversee safety, efficiency, and quality of active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates.
In this critical role, you will manage the production team while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety standards. Your leadership will include planning shift activities, monitoring operations, and facilitating a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for achieving production targets and maintaining compliance during audits and inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily production activities and assign shift targets
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations
• Lead team meetings to drive performance and production goals
• Promote training and development to enhance team capabilities
• Initiate process improvements and CAPA execution
Requirements:
• Experience in pharmaceutical production management
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and safety protocols
• Leadership capabilities in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
