Cargojet Ramp Operations Supervisor

Coordinate Cargojet ramp and flight operations by directing ground teams, enforcing safe work practices, and supporting on-time aircraft performance. Work across cargo operations.
This Lead Hand position provides direction to Ground Handlers, Operators, and Warehouse staff. You will support safe loading and offloading, accurate information flow, and effective daily operations. The role requires air cargo experience, customer service skills, computer literacy, and sound judgment under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure ramp and warehouse staff follow Cargojet policies
Organize safe, timely loading and offloading of aircraft and trucks
Provide accurate information to Management and Cargo Movement Control
Notify the Manager about policy and procedure violations
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Requirements:

Two years of Air Cargo Operations experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize workloads and work well under pressure
Computer literacy and exceptional organizational skills
Use your ramp coordination, safety leadership, and operational communication experience to support Cargojet’s flight performance.
