After Hours Services Supervisor
Ongwanada
Coordinate after-hours services with Ongwanada as an After Hours Supervisor, using staff leadership and crisis intervention skills across overnight shifts. Support individuals and teams during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
This newly established Supervisor position directs staff and coordinates supports during non-regular work hours. You will promote person-centred service delivery while ensuring compliance with legislation, agency standards, policies, and procedures. The work includes staffing coordination, operational communication, incident response, and supervision across supported homes and worksites.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate reassignments, call-ins, overtime, and staffing information
Direct staff during incidents, interventions, and operational concerns
Respond to building alarms and protect occupants and facilities
Supervise duties, medications, first aid, and crisis interventions
Communicate emergencies and serious occurrences to designated leaders
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in a related human services field
Two to four years in developmental services direct support
Current crisis intervention, First Aid, CPR, and Pharmacology certifications
Valid G driver's licence and reliable transportation
Overnight shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays
