Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and answer parts inquiries across communication channels
Identify, locate, and source parts using dealership systems
Provide quotes, availability, and delivery timelines
Process orders, invoices, returns, and special orders
Receive, stock, pick, and stage incoming parts
Requirements:
Automotive parts or dealership experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of automotive parts and systems highly preferred
Professional, friendly, and helpful customer service approach
Accuracy, organization, multitasking, and communication skills
Comfort with computers, catalogues, and dealership software
