Branch Banking Associate Trainee TD

Support branch operations in Markham as a TD Personal Banking Associate Trainee, combining customer service with accurate banking administration.
This opportunity develops your ability to address customer needs, coordinate appropriate solutions, and support frontline colleagues. Daily work includes transaction assistance, process completion, documentation review, and issue escalation. Candidates should bring initiative, organization, banking knowledge, and the ability to manage changing priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions
Resolve customer service issues and escalate exceptions
Ensure documentation reflects business intentions and regulations
Participate in timely, accurate business processes
Promote team effectiveness and share industry knowledge
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management
Ability to handle tasks and changing priorities
Develop branch banking expertise through customer guidance, transaction support, documentation, and operational accuracy at TD in Markham.
