As a Permanent Full Time Farm Insurance Advisor at BrokerLink, you will manage a Sales & Service Book of Business focusing on farm coverage. The role requires you to provide timely services, assist with quotes, and review customer needs. You’ll work with insurance companies to negotiate terms, resolve claims, and ensure prompt processing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service an existing farm insurance book of business
• Provide prompt and effective customer support and advice
• Process documentation and quotes for new and existing clients
• Communicate and negotiate with underwriters and insurers
• Follow up on claims and payments, ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• 3 to 5 years of insurance experience preferred
• AIC Insurance License preferred upon hire
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
