Represent the LendDirect brand proudly with customers
Deliver hands-on customer service and resolve customer concerns
Serve as Manager on Duty when leaders are unavailable
Participate in ongoing product and process training
Follow established loss prevention standards
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Flexible schedule availability
Full-time availability
Nine months of customer service experience is an asset
Develop as a lending professional through customer service, branch leadership, training, and loss prevention responsibilities at LendDirect.
