On-Site Manufacturing Supervisor Trois-Rivières

Supervise on-site manufacturing in Trois-Rivières using personnel management, task coordination, and technical plan interpretation. Work full time permanently on weekday day shifts, forty hours weekly.
This Production Team Leader position oversees multiple workers assigned to steel structure jobs. You coordinate team activities, assist with practical tasks, and maintain alignment with Site Manager and Project Manager priorities. Success requires prior production personnel management experience and the ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee management of assigned production jobs
Coordinate work distribution across supervised team members
Assist workers with various production tasks
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Support cohesion, collaboration, and ongoing safety initiatives
Requirements:
Experience managing personnel as a Production Team Leader
Technical drawing and plan reading ability
Construction Safety Awareness certification or equivalent
Class 5 driver’s license or equivalent
Physically fit with strong problem-solving skills
Bring organized supervision, safe tool use, and production coordination experience to steel structure manufacturing in Trois-Rivières.
