Aon seeks a bilingual pursuit content manager to turn complex Wealth solutions into compelling proposals and presentations for Canadian clients.
In this Proposal Writer and Project Manager position, you will develop clear, visually engaging, brand-aligned materials that support winning and retaining key clients. You will work with pursuit managers, consultants, practice leaders, sales teams, designers, and account teams. The role also builds knowledge of Aon’s Wealth, Health, and Risk offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate complex solutions into client-focused proposal content
Ensure strategy appears consistently across final documents
Develop value proposition messages with subject matter experts
Support account teams with presentation materials
Coordinate assignments and determine project delivery methods
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English and French
Experience producing oral presentation deliverables
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
Good judgment selecting methods for quality deliverables
Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks
