Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and collect patient information using various techniques
• Collaborate with families to develop personalized care plans
• Coordinate care and delegate tasks among support staff
• Perform diagnostic tests and monitor patient comfort
• Document assessments and interventions according to standards
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in British Columbia
• Completion of Fraser Health’s Regional ABI course (if performing ABI procedures)
• Strong communication skills and clinical reasoning abilities
• Ability to promote person-centered care
