The role involves home visits or calls, developing care plans and coordinating with MAiD support as needed.
You will join a Palliative Team, work 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with 1.0 FTE and a starting salary of CAD$44.48–$47.52 per hour. Fluency in French and English is required.
