Manufacturing Production Supervisor Edmonton

Lead manufacturing operations at IPEX in Edmonton, Alberta, using safety, quality, productivity, and cost-control expertise on a 2-2-3 continental shift structure.
As Production Supervisor, you will report to the Production Manager and oversee plant activities. Apply leadership, coaching, problem solving, and critical thinking skills while supporting employee development and continuous improvement. Your work will help achieve operational targets and maintain compliant production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and achieve operational targets
Execute schedules by optimizing labor, equipment, and workflow
Monitor metrics and implement corrective actions
Coordinate support teams to minimize operational downtime
Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least three years supervising manufacturing operations
Lean manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
Support IPEX manufacturing performance through production supervision, employee development, Lean practices, and disciplined operational execution in Edmonton.
