Industrial TSS Recruiter Coordinator

Support Industrial TSS hiring at SGS through candidate sourcing, client alignment, and recruitment administration in a flexible hybrid model. Coordinate technical contractor placements and updates.
This Recruitment Coordinator manages recruitment activities from vacancy advertising through administrative onboarding. The position screens mid to senior level inspection personnel, communicates technical requirements, and assists TSS Technical Recruiters. Daily work includes client updates, contractor scheduling, and recruitment reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and communicate technical expectations
Screen inspection candidates against SGS standards and requirements
Request references and verify applicant suitability before submission
Prepare CVs, correspondence, and potential job offers
Track placements, contractor movements, and assignment schedules
Requirements:
Three or more years preferred in the recruitment industry
Experience building pipelines and developing candidate communities
Social media marketing and digital networking experience
Ability to negotiate rates and gain candidate confidence
SmartRecruiters or comparable ATS experience preferred
Use technical recruitment, client communication, and contractor scheduling skills to support SGS Industrial TSS workforce requirements.
