In this permanent full-time role, you will supervise daily operations at Amaranth Cannabis Store, also known as What the Weed. Your experience in retail will enable you to lead staff, manage cash procedures, and resolve customer issues effectively. You'll have the chance to train new hires while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and merchandising are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assign tasks and prepare staff work schedules
• Supervise staff performance and procedures
• Maintain inventory and order merchandise
• Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
• Train new sales staff as needed
Requirements:
• 1-2 years related experience in retail
• Completion of secondary school education
• Valid Smart Choices Cannabis Retail Certification
• Eligible to work in Canada
• At least 19 years old
