Assembly Production Supervisor

Lead assembly production onsite through scheduling, safety oversight, and worker coordination. Strong organization and communication support daily supervisory responsibilities.
This Production Supervisor position requires English and supervises three to four people. Responsibilities include preparing reports, arranging training, ordering materials, and recommending improvements to productivity and product quality. The work must be completed at the physical location, with no remote option.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit production reports
Establish work schedules for activities
Train workers or arrange training
Oversee operational safety and recommend personnel actions
Order materials, coordinate workers, and improve quality
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Seven months to less than one year experience
English language proficiency
Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
Flexibility, reliability, teamwork, and strong values
Apply supervisory organization, communication, and safety oversight to assembly production while coordinating workers onsite.
